A colour picker that can be used as an input in 'Shiny' apps or Rmarkdown documents. The colour picker supports alpha opacity, custom colour palettes, and many more options. A Plot Colour Helper tool is available as an 'RStudio' Addin, which helps you pick colours to use in your plots. A more generic Colour Picker 'RStudio' Addin is also provided to let you select colours to use in your R code.
An interface to explore, analyze, and visualize droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) data in R. This is the first non-proprietary software for analyzing two-channel ddPCR data. An interactive tool was also created and is available online to facilitate this analysis for anyone who is not comfortable with using R.

Lights Out is a puzzle game consisting of a grid of lights that are either on or off. Pressing any light will toggle it and its adjacent lights. The goal of the game is to switch all the lights off. This package provides an interface to play the game on different board sizes, both through the command line or with a visual application. Easily create pretty popup messages (modals) in 'Shiny'. A modal can contain text, images, OK/Cancel buttons, an input to get a response from the user, and many more customizable options.
When a 'Shiny' output (such as a plot, table, map, etc.) is recalculating, it remains visible but gets greyed out. Using 'shinycssloaders', you can add a loading animation ("spinner") to outputs instead. A 'Shiny' app can disconnect for a variety of reasons: an unrecoverable error occurred in the app, the server went down, the user lost internet connection, or any other reason that might cause the 'Shiny' app to lose connection to its server. With 'shinydisconnect', you can call disonnectMessage() anywhere in a Shiny app's UI to add a nice message when this happens.
