Lg.pond: Coefficient Lg with ponderation

Description

Compute a data fame with all the Lg coefficients between each matrix of a list ponderated

Usage

Lg.pond(liste.mat, ponde)

Arguments

liste.mat

a list of G matrix

ponde

a vector of size G with the ponderation associated to each matrix

Value

Lg.pond

a data frame with G rows and G colums with all the Lg coefficients ponderated
