Objects can be created by calls of the form <code><a href="/link/PrognCondDistribution?package=distrEx&version=2.3.1" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="distrEx::PrognCondDistribution">PrognCondDistribution</a></code>
where <code>Regr</code> and <code>error</code> are the respective (a.c.) distributions of X and E
and the other arguments control accuracy in integration.
