Objects are generally created by the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/aafCytoband?package=annaffy&version=1.44.0" data-mini-rdoc="annaffy::aafCytoband">aafCytoband</a></code>
constructor.  Objects can also be created manually by calls of the
form <code>new("aafCytoband", band, genbank)</code>.
