 <dt><code>mdiff</code></dt><dd>numeric vector indicating the mass differences.</dd>
 <dt><code>charge</code></dt><dd>numeric vector indicating the charge.</dd>
 <dt><code>n</code></dt><dd>numeric vector. It indicates if the ion is a monomer (1),
 a dimer (2), etc.</dd>
