A drawing operator that paints the current source everywhere within
the current clip region using a mask of constant alpha value
<code>alpha</code>. The effect is similar to <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/cairoPaint?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::cairoPaint">cairoPaint</a></code>, but the drawing
is faded out using the alpha value.
