Checks whether a eSet-derived class (e.g., a SnpSet or CNSet object) is ordered by chromosome and physical position

Usage

checkOrder(object, verbose = FALSE) chromosomePositionOrder(object, ...)

A SnpSet or CopyNumberSet.
