samplenames = NULL, bypassChecks = FALSE, parallel2 = FALSE, ...)findPrimers, which holds decoded and primed sequences for
samples per sector/quadrant along with information of sample to LTR

registered, then a serial version is ran using
SerialParam. Parllelization is done at sample level per
