Description

Conducts gamma-test of Pybus & Harvey (2000).

Usage

gammatest(x)

Arguments

list from function call of ltt in which ltt(...,gamma=F).

Value

• a list containing:
• gamma
  optionally, a value for the gamma-statistic.
• p
  two-tailed P-value for the gamma-test.

Details

Do not use for object returned by ltt(...,gamma=T).
