get.desc.categories

This function returns the broad descriptor categories that are
	available. Examples include topolgical, geometrical and so
	on. You can use a specific category to avoid calculating all
	descriptors for a set of molecules and saves you having to
	select individual descriptors by hand.

This package allows the user to access functionality in
        the CDK, a Java framework for cheminformatics. This allows the
        user to load molecules, evaluate fingerprints, calculate
        molecular descriptors and so on.  In addition the CDK API
        allows the user to view structures in 2D.
