Allows you to set whether a specified column in the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkCList?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkCList">GtkCList</a></code> should
be hidden or shown.  Note that at least one column must always be
showing, so attempting to hide the last visible column will be
ignored.
