Sets the compare function of the <code>GtkClist</code> to <code>cmp.func</code>. If <code>cmp.func</code> is NULL,
then the default compare function is used. The default compare function sorts
ascending or with the type set by <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkCListSetSortType?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkCListSetSortType">gtkCListSetSortType</a></code> by the column set
