Prepends <code>string</code> to the list of strings stored in <code>combo.box</code>. Note that
you can only use this function with combo boxes constructed with
<code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkComboBoxNewText?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkComboBoxNewText">gtkComboBoxNewText</a></code>.
