Emits the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkDialogResponse?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkDialogResponse">gtkDialogResponse</a></code> signal with the given response ID. 
Used to indicate that the user has responded to the dialog in some way;
typically either you or <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkDialogRun?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkDialogRun">gtkDialogRun</a></code> will be monitoring the
::response signal and take appropriate action.
