Creates a new file selection dialog box. By default it will contain a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkTreeView?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkTreeView">GtkTreeView</a></code> of the application's current working directory, and a file listing. Operation buttons that allow the user to create a directory, delete files and rename files, are also present.
