Sets the model for a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkIconView?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkIconView">GtkIconView</a></code>.
If the <code>icon.view</code> already has a model set, it will remove
it before setting the new model.  If <code>model</code> is <code>NULL</code>, then
it will unset the old model.
