Creates a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkImage?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkImage">GtkImage</a></code> displaying an icon from the current icon theme.
If the icon name isn't known, a "broken image" icon will be
displayed instead.  If the current icon theme is changed, the icon
will be updated appropriately.
