Gets the current string of text within the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkLabel?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkLabel">GtkLabel</a></code> and writes it to
the given <code>str</code> argument.  It does not make a copy of this string so you
must not write to it.
