Retrieves the 'visited' state of the URI where the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkLinkButton?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkLinkButton">GtkLinkButton</a></code>
points. The button becomes visited when it is clicked. If the URI
is changed on the button, the 'visited' state is unset again.
