<code>socket.id</code>

Creates a new plug widget inside the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkSocket?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkSocket">GtkSocket</a></code> identified
by <code>socket.id</code>. If <code>socket.id</code> is 0, the plug is left "unplugged" and
can later be plugged into a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkSocket?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkSocket">GtkSocket</a></code> by  <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkSocketAddId?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkSocketAddId">gtkSocketAddId</a></code>.
