Replaces the widget packed into the tooltip with
<code>custom.widget</code>. <code>custom.widget</code> does not get destroyed when the tooltip goes
away.
By default a box with a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkImage?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkImage">GtkImage</a></code> and <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkLabel?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkLabel">GtkLabel</a></code> is embedded in 
the tooltip, which can be configured using <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkTooltipSetMarkup?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkTooltipSetMarkup">gtkTooltipSetMarkup</a></code>
