Returns a set of flags supported by this interface.  The flags are a bitwise
combination of <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkTreeModelFlags?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkTreeModelFlags">GtkTreeModelFlags</a></code>.  The flags supported should not change
during the lifecycle of the <code>tree.model</code>.
