<code>position</code>

Moves <code>iter</code> in <code>tree.store</code> to the position after <code>position</code>. <code>iter</code> and
<code>position</code> should be in the same level. Note that this function only
works with unsorted stores. If <code>position</code> is <code>NULL</code>, <code>iter</code> will be moved
to the start of the level.
