Creates a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkVolumeButton?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkVolumeButton">GtkVolumeButton</a></code>, with a range between 0.0 and 1.0, with
a stepping of 0.02. Volume values can be obtained and modified using
the functions from <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkScaleButton?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkScaleButton">GtkScaleButton</a></code>.
