This function is for use in widget implementations. Sets the state
of a widget (insensitive, prelighted, etc.) Usually you should set
the state using wrapper functions such as <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkWidgetSetSensitive?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkWidgetSetSensitive">gtkWidgetSetSensitive</a></code>.
