lcObs

This dataset gives an example of leafcolouring observations from the German Weather Service (DWD) obtainable 
by the plant phenological online database PPODB.
The dataset was extracted out of the downloadable tsv-File by use of <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/data.read.phase?package=phenmod&version=1.2-7" data-mini-rdoc="phenmod::data.read.phase">data.read.phase</a></code>.
