prodlim (version 1.3.7)

markTime: Marking product-limit plots at the censored times.

Description

This function is invoked and controlled by plot.prodlim.

Usage

markTime(x, times, nlost, pch, col,...)

Arguments

x

The values of the curves at times.

times

The times where there curves are plotted.

nlost

The number of subjects lost to follow-up (censored) at times.

pch

The symbol used to mark the curves.

col

The color of the symbols.

...

Arguments passed to points.

Value

• Nil

Details

This function should not be called directly. The arguments can be specified as atRisk.arg in the call to plot.prodim.
