Specifies the method used to decorrelate observed and simulated data
Value
- cholesky
- decorrelation is performed through the Cholesky decomposition (default)
- inverse
- decorrelation is performed by inverting Vi through the
eigen function - polar
- the singular-value decomposition (
svd) is used
