plot: Plot Point Process Ground Intensity Function

Description

Provides methods for the generic function plot.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'mpp':
plot(x, log=FALSE, ...)
## S3 method for class 'linksrm':
plot(x, region, log=FALSE, ...)

Arguments

x

an object with class "mpp" or "linksrm".

region

scalar, specifies the required region.

log

plot $\log \lambda_g(t|{\cal H}_t)$, default is FALSE.

...

other arguments.

bvalue <- 1

#   Note that the plot function does not utilise the
#   information about mark distributions, hence these
#   arguments can be NULL
