A list of <code>igraph</code> graph objects

g.list

A character string specifying the base of the filename for
<em>png</em> output

fname.base

A logical, indicating whether or not to highlight edge
differences (default: <code>FALSE</code>)

This function takes a list of <code>igraph</code> graph objects and plots them over
an axial slice of the brain. A <code>png</code> file is written for each element of
the list, which can be joined as a <code>gif</code> or converted to video using a
tool outside of <code>R</code>.

A set of tools for performing graph theory analysis of brain MRI
data. It is best suited to data from a Freesurfer analysis (cortical
thickness, volumes, local gyrification index, surface area), but also works
with e.g., tractography data from FSL and fMRI data from DPABI. It contains
a graphical user interface for graph visualization and data exploration and
several functions for generating useful figures.
