Creates a ring lattice with $n$ vertices, each one of degree (at most) $k$
as an undirected graph. This is the basis of <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/rgraph_ws?package=netdiffuseR&version=1.16.7" data-mini-rdoc="netdiffuseR::rgraph_ws">rgraph_ws</a></code>.


Empirical statistical analysis, visualization and simulation
