Usage

semCors(object, include, vertical = TRUE, titles = FALSE, layout, ...)

Arguments

object

A semPlotModel object

include

What to include? Can be "observed", "expected" or a vector containing both.

vertical

Should the layout be vertical or horizontal?

titles

Logical, should titles indicating the group and observed/implied correlations be plotted?

layout

An optional layout matrix send to qgraph.
