set_trim_verbose

<code>[logical]</code> toggle verbosity. <code>TRUE</code> means: be
verbose, <code>FALSE</code> means be quiet (this is the default).

verbose

Control how much output <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/trim?package=rtrim&version=2.1.1" data-mini-rdoc="rtrim::trim">trim</a></code> writes to the screen while
fitting the model. By default, <code>trim</code> only returns the output
and does not write any progress to the screen. After calling
<code>set_trim_verbose(TRUE)</code>, <code>trim</code> will write information
about running iterations and convergence to the screen during optmization.

The TRIM model is widely used for estimating growth and decline of
animal populations based on (possibly sparsely available) count data. The
current package is a reimplementation of the original TRIM software developed
at Statistics Netherlands by Jeroen Pannekoek. See
