The <code><a href="/link/launch_shinystan?package=rstanarm&version=2.9.0-3&to=shinystan" rd-options="shinystan" data-mini-rdoc="shinystan::launch_shinystan">launch_shinystan</a></code> function will accept a 
<a href="/link/%27stanreg%27%20object?package=rstanarm&version=2.9.0-3&to=%3Dstanreg-objects" rd-options="=stanreg-objects" data-mini-rdoc="=stanreg-objects::'stanreg' object">'stanreg' object</a> as input. Currently, almost any
model fit using one of <pkg>rstanarm</pkg>'s model-fitting functions can be
used with ShinyStan. The only exception is that ShinyStan does not currently
support <pkg>rstanarm</pkg> models fit using <code>algorithm='optimizing'</code>.

Estimates pre-compiled regression models using the 'rstan' package, which provides
    the R interface to the Stan C++ library for Bayesian estimation. Users specify models via the
    customary R syntax with a formula and data.frame plus some additional arguments for priors.
