stepArchetypes: Runs archetypes algorithm repeatedly.

Description

Runs archetypes algorithm repeatedly.

Usage

stepArchetypes(..., k, nrep=3, verbose=TRUE)

Arguments

...

Passed to archetypes function.

k

A vector of integers passed in turn to the k argument of archetypes.

nrep

For each value of k run archetypes nrep times.

verbose

Show progress during exection.

Value

• A list with k elements and class attribute stepArchetypes. Each element is a list of class repArchetypes with nrep elements; only for internal usage.
