summary.plsres: summary method for PLS results object
Description
Shows performance statistics for the results.
Usage
# S3 method for plsres
summary(object, ny = NULL, ncomp = NULL, ...)
Arguments
object
PLS results (object of class plsres)
ny
for which response variable show the summary for
ncomp
how many components to use (if NULL - user selected optimal value will be used)
