taxon_ids: Get taxon IDs

Description

Return the taxon IDs in a taxonomy() or taxmap() object. They are in the order they appear in the edge list.

obj$taxon_ids()
taxon_ids(obj)

Arguments

obj

The taxonomy() or taxmap() object.
