thin

<code>thin</code> returns the interval between successive
   values of a time series. <code>thin(x)</code> is equivalent
   to <code>1/frequency(x)</code>.<p></p><p>   This is a generic function. Methods have been implemented
   for <code>mcmc</code> objects.</p>

Provides functions for summarizing and plotting the
	output from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulations, as
	well as diagnostic tests of convergence to the equilibrium
	distribution of the Markov chain.
