tic: Timer function (as in MATLAB)

Description

Funtion to start a timer. Stop with toc().

Usage

tic(gcFirst = FALSE, name = ".poped_savedTime")

Arguments

gcFirst

Perform garbage collection?

name

The saved name of the time object.
