Description

Rescales all edges of a phylogeny to be equal to 1 ("unit-length").

Usage

unitLengthTree(tree)

Arguments

tree
an object of class phylo

Value

  • Returns the modified phylogeny as an object of class phylo. Any $root.time element is removed.
