window: Subsetting of MCMC Sampler Results

Description

Post-processing function to subset the MCMC iterations in georamps or predict.ramps results.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'ramps':
window(x, iter, ...)

   ## S3 method for class 'predict.ramps':
window(x, iter, ...)

Arguments

x

object returned by georamps or predict.ramps.

iter

numerical vector specifying the MCMC iterations to subset.

...

some methods for this generic require additional arguments. None are used in this method.

Value

• Subsetted object of the same class as the one supplied.
