an object of class <code>AF</code> from <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/AF.cs?package=AF&version=0.1.2" data-mini-rdoc="AF::AF.cs">AF.cs</a></code>, <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/AF.ch?package=AF&version=0.1.2" data-mini-rdoc="AF::AF.ch">AF.ch</a></code> or <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/AF.cc?package=AF&version=0.1.2" data-mini-rdoc="AF::AF.cc">AF.cc</a></code> functions.

object

digits

user-specified confidence level for the confidence intervals. If not specified it defaults to 95 percent. Should be specified in decimals such as 0.95 for 95 percent.

confidence.level

user-specified transformation of the Wald confidence interval(s). Options are <code>untransformed</code>, <code>log</code> and <code>logit</code>. If not specified untransformed will be calculated.

CI.transform

further arguments to be passed to the summary function. See <code><a rd-options="base" href="/link/summary?package=AF&version=0.1.2&to=base" data-mini-rdoc="base::summary">summary</a></code>.


Gives a summary of the AF estimate(s) including z-value, p-value and confidence interval(s).


Estimates the attributable fraction in different sampling designs adjusted for measured confounders using logistic regression (cross-sectional and case-control designs), conditional logistic regression (matched case-control design) and Cox proportional hazard regression (cohort design with time-to-event outcome). The variance of the estimator is obtained by combining the delta method with the the sandwich formula.
