functree

A dataset representing the functional tree for 338 species of spiders captured in Portugal.
For each species were recorded: average size, type of web, type of hunting, stenophagy, vertical stratification in vegetation and circadial activity. Details are described in:

Includes algorithms to assess alpha and beta
    diversity in all their dimensions (taxon, phylogenetic and functional
    diversity), whether communities are completely sampled or not. It allows
    performing a number of analyses based on either species identities or
    ultrametric trees depicting species relationships.
