load.BGData

This function is similar to <code>load</code>, but also initializes the different
 types of objects that can be used as genotypes in a <code>BGData</code> object.
Currently supported are <code>ff_matrix</code>, <code>big.matrix</code>, and
 <code>BEDMatrix</code> objects. If the object is of type <code>LinkedMatrix</code>, all
 nodes will be initialized with their appropriate method.

An umbrella package providing a phenotype/genotype data structure
and scalable and efficient computational methods for large genomic datasets
in combination with several other packages: 'BEDMatrix', 'LinkedMatrix',
and 'symDMatrix'.
