Plots and returns the estimated gamma distribution of k (customers' regularity in interpurchase times).

Extends the functionality of BTYD package by providing methods for
parameter estimation and scoring for NBD, G/G/NBD, MBG/NBD, BG/CNBD-k and
MBG/CNBD-k models, as well as MCMC samples for Pareto/NBD,
Abe's Pareto/NBD variant and Pareto/GGG.
