pareto2.phirsch: Distribution of the h-index - c.d.f.

Description

The cumulative distribution function of Hirsch's $h$-index for sample of size n in an i.i.d. Pareto-Type II model.

Usage

pareto2.phirsch(x, n, k, s)

Arguments

numeric vector.
n
sample size.
k
shape parameter, $k>0$.
s
scale parameter, $s>0$.

Value

  • The value of the c.d.f. at x.

Details

This is a significantly faster (written in C) version of the more general function phirsch.
