COMIX (version 1.0.2)

plotEffectiveSampleSize: This function creates plots for the effective sample size for the parameters of the model.

Description

This function creates plots for the effective sample size for the parameters of the model.

Usage

plotEffectiveSampleSize(effssz, param)

Value

A ggplot2 plot containing the effective sample size plot.

Arguments

effssz

An object of class effectiveSampleSizeCOMIX as created by the function effectiveSampleSize.

param

Character, naming the parameter to create a plot of effective sample sizes.
