Compute CR0, CR1, CR2 cluster robust standard errors with empirical-degrees of freedom adjustments

To uninstall: Extensions -> Utilities -> Custom Dialog Builder (Compatability Mode). Select File -> Uninstall ... Select the Cluster_Robust_Reg_compatibility
