Value

Density profile

Arguments

im

Density matrix

imHeader

image header

beginPath

X,Y coordinates of the start point of the path

endPath

X,Y coordinates of the start point of the path

r

Profile width

k

Rolling window width, integer

threshold

Threshold value between maximum and minimum density to establish change of ring
