<p>In <code>ChemoSpec</code>, the user may use any color name/format known to R.  For
ease of comparison, it would be nice to plan ahead and use the same color
scheme for all your plots.  The current color scheme of a
<code><a rd-options="" href="/link/Spectra?package=ChemoSpec&version=4.4.97" data-mini-rdoc="ChemoSpec::Spectra">Spectra</a></code> object may be determined using <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/sumGroups?package=ChemoSpec&version=4.4.97" data-mini-rdoc="ChemoSpec::sumGroups">sumGroups</a></code>
or changed using <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/conColScheme?package=ChemoSpec&version=4.4.97" data-mini-rdoc="ChemoSpec::conColScheme">conColScheme</a></code>. Also,
<code><a rd-options="" href="/link/splitSpectraGroups?package=ChemoSpec&version=4.4.97" data-mini-rdoc="ChemoSpec::splitSpectraGroups">splitSpectraGroups</a></code> has another means of changing the color
scheme, but this is intended for the situations when you are creating new

A collection of functions for top-down exploratory data analysis
of spectral data obtained via nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared (IR) or
Raman spectroscopy. Includes functions for plotting and inspecting spectra, peak
alignment, hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal components analysis
(PCA) and model-based clustering. Robust methods appropriate for this type of
high-dimensional data are available. ChemoSpec is designed with metabolomics
data sets in mind, where the samples fall into groups such as treatment and
